Most of the times, females suffer from hormonal imbalance because of which they experience steady or gain in weight even after following the diet and exercise. In this situation, they should keep patience and continue with what they are doing.


Gain in muscles

In some cases, we start losing fat but at the same time we gain muscles which may cause steady weight.


Maybe you are consuming more calories than you need

If you are not eating junk or fatty food, it doesn’t mean you can eat healthy food in whatever manner you want. Over eating always cause weight gain. So, design your meal quantity accordingly.


Maybe you are lacking in sleep
